At Greyden Diapers Co. your satisfaction is our primary concern, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please see below for our policy on returns:

Return requests must be made to greydendiapersco@gmail.com
- We offer a 10 day return policy. This means that you have 10 days from the date of product delivery to request a return. However, please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Additionally, if you cancel an order before it has been shipped, there will be a 15% cancellation fee.
- Due to the nature of our products, to be eligible for a return, your products must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with original tags attached. Items bust also be in their original condition (i.e free of any odor, lint, pet hair, etc.)
- In the event that a discount code was utilized, the discounted amount will be deducted from your refund. If a promotional code (such as B6G8) was utilized and the total value of your order falls below the minimum dollar amount required to qualify for the free merchandise from a promo, you will need to return the unused and unwashed free items in their original packaging OR the value of the free merchandise will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Greyden Diapers Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered packages.
- Once we receive your package and all returned items are in returnable condition, we will issue you back your funds in the same method used to pay for your order.
- Processing of a refund may take up to 7 business days.
- In the event of any damages or issues with your order, please inspect your item upon receipt and notify us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items that are sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
